This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or use our free trial, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible for your data

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
When you browse the website
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs.
- Browser storage: we save two small values in your browser: when your trial ends, so the countdown stays correct, and whether you have already seen the login animation. They stay on your device, and we don't use them to track you.
When you request a free trial
- A visitor ID: a random code we create so we can link your completed offer to your trial login.
- Your IP address and the time of your request: used to allow one free trial per person and to stop automated abuse.
- Your trial login: the username, password, expiry time and country setting created for you.
- Offer confirmation: a message from our advertising partner confirming that an offer linked to your visitor ID was completed. We don't receive the personal details you give the partner.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write.
Why we use your data

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for profiling or automated decisions that affect you.
Partner offers
To unlock the free trial, you complete one offer from our advertising partner. The offers are shown in a window run by the partner, not by us. Anything you enter there, such as an email address or app install, goes to the partner and the advertiser under their own privacy policies and cookies. Please read their terms before you start an offer.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the service, and only what they need:
- Hosting: our hosting provider, which stores the website and server logs.
- Login platform: the IPTV platform that creates and manages trial logins.
- Advertising partner: the offer network that runs the offers and confirms completions.
- Content on our pages: title images from TVmaze and OMDb, and match details from TheSportsDB if our saved copy is unavailable. Your browser contacts these services directly, which shares your IP address with them.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
International transfers
Some of these providers are located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. When we transfer personal data, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
How long we keep data
- Trial records, visitor IDs and IP addresses: [90] days after the trial ends, then deleted.
- Server logs: up to [30] days.
- Messages to us: up to [12] months after the conversation ends.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong.
- Delete your data.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Send your data to you or another provider in a common format.
To use these rights, write to support@iptv24hourtrial.com. We'll reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority:
- European Economic Area and UK: the authority in the country where you live or work.
- Morocco: the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP), under Law No. 09-08.
- California: you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Security
We protect personal data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our servers, and by keeping secret keys out of the public website. No method is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our service is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service or the law changes. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll show a notice on the website.
