How to watch your free IPTV trial on a Fire TV Stick

A Fire TV Stick is one of the easiest ways to watch your free trial on a big screen. This guide takes about five minutes. You'll need your trial login and a player app.

Before you start

  • Get your free login on the unlock page. Keep it open on your phone so you can copy the details.
  • Connect the Fire TV Stick to Wi-Fi. A 5 GHz network gives the smoothest picture.

1. Turn on Developer options

Player apps aren't always in the Amazon Appstore, so your Fire TV needs permission to install them.

  1. Open Settings, then My Fire TV.
  2. If you don't see Developer options, open About and select your device name seven times. A message confirms you're now a developer.
  3. Go back to My Fire TV and open Developer options.

2. Install Downloader

  1. From the home screen, search for Downloader and install it from the Amazon Appstore.
  2. In Developer options, open Install unknown apps and turn it on for Downloader.

3. Install a player app

Pick a player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters. If your choice is in the Amazon Appstore, install it from there. If not, open Downloader, enter the download address from the app's official website, and install it. Only download apps from their official sources.

4. Add your login

  1. Open the player and choose to add a playlist or log in with Xtream Codes.
  2. Enter the server address, username and password exactly as shown on your login page, including http:// and any port number.
  3. Save. The app loads your channels, which can take a minute the first time.

If something doesn't work

  • Login rejected: check for extra spaces and that the server address starts with http://.
  • Buffering: restart the Fire TV Stick and move it closer to your router, or use a 5 GHz network.
